What domain name server (dns) should I point my domain to?

All of InteliSourceIT's hosted sites should be pointed to::
NS2.INTELISOURCEITHOSTING.COM
NS4.INTELISOURCEITHOSTING.COM

How do I upload files?

The most recommended way is to use an FTP client (there are many free at download.com such as Leech FTP, Smart FTP etc.). Alternatively, you can use Frontpage, or the control panel. Use the following configuration settings in your FTP client to connect via FTP::
FTP Server: Yourdomain.com OR YOUR IP adress
FTP Login: yourlogin
FTP Pass: yourpass
